What types of therapy or services do you offer?

  • We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and support therapy. Our areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more.

Do you offer in person sessions?

  • Dr. Leung is focused on providing affordable care to clients by reducing overhead costs such as an office. As such, we ONLY provide secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth appointments for clients.

What should I expect during my first appointment?

  • Your first session is a chance to get to know Dr. Leung, share what brings you in, and begin building a plan tailored to your goals. No pressure—just a safe space to start.

Payment & Insurance

Do you accept insurance?

  • We operate on a direct pay basis, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. This allows us to offer more personalized care without the limitations of insurance networks.

Can I get reimbursed by my insurance provider?

  • Possibly! We can provide documentation and a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

 

How much does therapy cost?

  • Session rates vary depending on the service and provider. Contact us for a full pricing guide—we’re happy to walk you through it.

Do you offer sliding scale rates or financial assistance?

 

  • We understand that therapy is an investment. While we don’t offer formal payment plans, we’re open to discussing options that make care more accessible.

How do I book an appointment?

 

  • You can contact us directly. We’ll help you find a time that works for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

  • Your time is valuable—and so is ours. To help us serve all clients effectively, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Appointments changed with less notice is subject to a cancellation fee, as that time has been reserved especially for you.

  • We understand that unexpected things come up. If you're facing an emergency or special circumstance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to work with you.

 

Do you offer evening or weekend sessions?

 

  • Yes, we offer flexible scheduling—including evenings and weekends—to accommodate busy lives.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Is my information kept confidential?

 

  • Absolutely. Your privacy is a top priority. We follow strict confidentiality guidelines and HIPAA regulations to protect your personal information.

What happens if I’m in crisis or need urgent help?

 

  • While we don’t offer emergency services, we can guide you to appropriate crisis resources. If you’re in immediate danger, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
